Moving the website

It is safe to build all website content on the development server and then move to the real domain. ImpressPages will take care to update all internal URLs for you.

Steps to move the website from one location to another:

• Move all files;
• Export & import database from the old server to the new one;
• Edit config.php file and enter new database credentials;
• Go to Admin -> System and press "Update links" to update any internal links that may be pointing to the old domain.
